What format are completed transcriptions delivered in?

All completed transcriptions are delivered in Microsoft Word 2007 .docx format.

Is low quality audio accepted?

Low quality audio is accepted, but please be aware that poor quality audio may significantly affect the quality of your transcription. If your audio is unable to be transcribed due to extremely poor quality, we will refund your money and cancel the transcription request. However, it is extremely unlikely that this will happen, as we are very good at what we do!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal. We choose to use Paypal because it is secure, fast, and convenient. If you do not wish to use Paypal, please contact us to discuss alternate payment options.

How will I receive my completed transcription?

Your transcription will be emailed to the email address your provide with your submission.

Can you handle large projects?

We can handle any size project you may have, whether it is 1 hour or 1,000. We have a highly qualified team of US-based transcribers ready and eager to provide you with excellent service!

Can I talk to someone via telephone about my transcription request?

You may contact us at (205) 532-6340 at your convenience. Please leave a message if we do not answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I tried to upload my audio file and it was not successful. What do I do now?
